Why clinics change
Three registers, and none of them agree
Most clinics we meet run on a booking register, a prescription pad and a cash notebook. Each is fine on its own. Together they are how a day’s collection quietly goes missing.
The register can’t tell you who is next
Walk-ins, phone bookings and “doctor said come at 5” all land in the same page. Nobody in the waiting room knows their turn, so everybody asks.
The prescription leaves with the patient

Your own database and your own booking page
Most clinic software keeps every clinic in one table with a column to tell them apart. Sqavio gives each clinic its own database. It is a harder way to build software and a much easier thing to explain to a patient.
- Your records cannot be reached from another clinic’s login — there is no shared table to leak.
- A clean export on the day you leave, because your data is not tangled with anyone else’s.

The money
Get paid before, during or after the visit
Payment is not an afterthought bolted onto an appointment book. It is the other half of the visit, so it is in the same record — whichever way the patient pays.
- Patients can pay when they book online, so the bill is settled before they arrive.
- Connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree keys, or let Sqavio collect and pay out the next working day.
- Cash, card machine and your own UPI QR are recorded against the bill, not remembered.
- Day-close tells you what came in, by mode, without adding up slips.
Reminders
The follow-ups nobody has time to make
Six messages go out on their own — booking confirmed, a nudge half an hour before, the paid bill with its invoice, the prescription, and two follow-up reminders. You write the wording once; the clinic never chases again.
Sent on WhatsApp and email, only to patients who agreed to be contacted, with a working opt-out.

What doctors ask us first
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sqavio Doctor runs in a browser on any computer, tablet or phone at the clinic. Your booking page works on a patient’s phone without an app too.
Will this slow my consultation down?
A prescription is written from your own templates and favourite drug sets, and the last visit is carried forward, so most repeat consults are a few taps. Signing the prescription is what closes the visit and moves the patient to the counter — one action, not three.
Can my receptionist use it without training?
The front desk sees only front-desk screens: today’s appointments, the queue, and taking payment. Reports, staff settings and platform settings are not on their menu at all.
How do online payments reach me?
Two ways, and you choose. Connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account and money settles directly to your bank as usual, or let Sqavio collect and pay out to you the next working day. Cash, card machine and your own UPI QR are all recorded at the counter either way.
Is my clinic’s data mixed with other clinics?
No. Every clinic gets its own database, not a shared table with a clinic column. That is the strongest separation this kind of software can offer, and it is also what makes a clean export on the day you leave possible.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You can export your patients, prescriptions and billing records. We do not hold data hostage. The full terms, including deletion timelines, are in the Terms of Service.
