Questions
Pricing questions we get asked
Can I upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a cycle?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you are charged the difference for the rest of the cycle. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The limit is enforced where it matters and it tells you why. A sixth doctor on a five-doctor plan is refused with a message, not silently dropped; message allowances pause and the log records the reason. Nothing is deleted, and moving up a plan releases it immediately.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, currently 18%. Your invoice from us shows the tax separately.
Who pays the payment gateway charges?
If you connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, your gateway bills you directly at your own rate and we add nothing. If Sqavio collects on your behalf, a platform fee applies and is shown against each payout before you are paid.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Patients, prescriptions and billing records can be exported while your account is active, and our Terms set out how long we keep data after you cancel before deleting it.
Do you offer a refund?
Cancellation, notice and refund terms — including what happens to a part-used period — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Read it before you subscribe; it says plainly what does and does not come back.
Will the price change later?
It can, and the Terms say how: we give notice before a change applies to your renewal, so you always have the choice to stop before paying more.
