Patients

Your clinic gets its own booking link

Put it on your Google listing, your WhatsApp status and your Instagram bio. Patients see your real free slots and book themselves in.

What the patient sees

A page that looks like your clinic, not like software

  • Your name, your doctors, their specialities and your consultation fees.
  • Timings, address and a map link, so nobody rings to ask if you are open.
  • Live slots — if it is taken, it is not offered.
  • Works on an old phone on a weak connection; the page is deliberately light.

Before they arrive

Book and pay in the same minute

  • A patient who chooses “pay now” goes straight to your gateway and comes back confirmed.
  • Nothing is billed until the money actually arrives — an abandoned payment leaves no invoice behind.
  • When it does arrive, the bill is raised already settled and the receipt goes out.
  • A patient who prefers to pay at the desk simply books, and the counter handles it as usual.

Control

You decide what is bookable

  • Per doctor: bookable online, or by phone only.
  • Per slot type: keep the morning for walk-ins and open the evening online.
  • A daily cap, so online booking cannot flood a clinic that is already full.
  • Turn the whole thing off for a week without losing the page.
  • Dr. MehtaOnline booking on · 10 slots a day
  • Dr. RaoPhone only
  • SundayClosed — not offered

The patient’s data

What a patient is told before they book

Consent, shown at the point of booking

The booking page tells the patient which clinic is collecting their details, what for, and that Sqavio processes it on that clinic’s behalf. Consent to be contacted on WhatsApp or email is asked for separately from the booking itself, and it can be withdrawn. The wording is in the patient privacy notice. Under the DPDP Act the clinic is the data fiduciary for its patients; we are the processor acting on your instructions.

Questions

What clinics ask about the booking page

Do patients need to install an app?

No. The booking page opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. No app, no account, no password.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Clinic plan and above you can point something like book.yourclinic.in at your page. On Starter, the page lives on a sqaivo.com address.

What if I do not want online booking at all?

Switch it off and the page becomes a simple clinic page with your timings and phone number. You decide which doctors and which slots are bookable, or none of them.

Does a patient have to pay to book?

Only if you want it that way. The page can offer “pay now” and “pay at the clinic” side by side, or only one of them.
