- Per doctor: bookable online, or by phone only.
- Per slot type: keep the morning for walk-ins and open the evening online.
- A daily cap, so online booking cannot flood a clinic that is already full.

What clinics ask about the booking page
Do patients need to install an app?
No. The booking page opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. No app, no account, no password.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Clinic plan and above you can point something like book.yourclinic.in at your page. On Starter, the page lives on a sqaivo.com address.
What if I do not want online booking at all?
Switch it off and the page becomes a simple clinic page with your timings and phone number. You decide which doctors and which slots are bookable, or none of them.
Does a patient have to pay to book?
Only if you want it that way. The page can offer “pay now” and “pay at the clinic” side by side, or only one of them.
